My name is Rethabile, you can call me Retha. I come from a family of heavyweight people, me included. I have always strived for a healthy lifestyle and exercised to keep fit. Sometimes I would fall off the wagon and gain a lot of weight. In 2019 I gained so much weight to the extent of having nothing to wear because all my clothes were small. Instead of getting a new wardrobe, I challenged myself to lose weight. Now I’m maintaining.

With all the challenges I went through, I will be sharing all my experiences, mistakes I made, and the things that worked for me in my healthy lifestyle journey.
